If I place my order today, when will I receive my Adorn hair ?

  • Processing takes 2-3 business days. Tracking numbers will be emailed once the hair has been shipped. Products ship within 1-2 business days after processing.  Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process.  Processing times for full lace wigs can take up to 25 business days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 35 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. 

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

  • Yes, we ship to PO BOXES. Please note that the overnight option for PO BOX addresses requires up to 2 days for delivery as we use USPS for PO BOX addresses. All PO BOX addresses ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

I ordered online, but want to cancel. Can I do that?

  • Once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded.  We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order.

In the event that I miss my hair appointment as a result of a delayed delivery, will Adorn Hair Co. cover the cost of my Hair Appointment and/or cancellation fees.

  • No, Adorn Hair Co. will not cover or pay for any fees associated with the cancellation of hair services and appointments.  Please wait to receive and confirm your items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments and services.

I placed an order and did not use a discount code. Can you apply the code after my order is placed?

  • Once an order is placed, discount codes may not be applied afterwards. We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted. Although rare, advertised discount codes may not be used towards previously purchased or future purchases.

My shipping label was generated but my tracking number has no movement?

  • Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email to see movement on the carrier's website. If you do not see movement after 48 hours, please email us at Lola@adornhair.net
